Add Task Riminder
“To add the task reminder, first click the floating pin button in the bottom-right corner. It’s bouncing to grab your attention.”

Select Who you want to remind
“You’ll then see the task reminder form. At the top, there are two options: ‘Remind Me’ and ‘Remind My Friend.’ To add a task reminder for yourself, click ‘Remind Me.’ To add one for someone else, click ‘Remind My Friend.’”

Allow RemindWho service Bot
“After selecting who to remind, fill out the task form. If it’s for a friend, enter their email. Choose the reminder’s date and time. Turning on the ‘Remind Me’ or ‘Remind My Friend’ button will send an email alert. If it’s off, the task will simply appear in your to-do list without email notifications.”

Finish
“To save the Task Reminder, click the ‘Add Task’ button. It will then appear in your to-do list.”

The Task now appear on your home page
“All tasks and details you’ve entered will be shown in your to-do list. You’ll also have tools to edit or update and delete tasks as needed. Scroll down to learn how to use these features properly.”

Now it's RemindWho job
“If the task has the ‘Remind Me’ or ‘Remind My Friend’ option turned on, RemindWho will send an email reminder at the scheduled start and end times.”

The update tool
“On your task sticker, you’ll see a pen icon next to the red trash can. Click it to update the task. All the details you’ve entered will reappear for you to edit. (Note: You can freely change any fields—untouched details will remain the same.)”

The delete tool
“The trash can icon lets you delete the task sticker. All task details will be permanently removed from your to-do list. Be careful—deletion happens instantly with one click, and there’s no confirmation prompt.”
